Emoji Poetry

Emoji’s, they are fascinating. They hold so much meaning that I wondered if one could make poetry from them. I wrote a program in P5.js (javascript) that would randomly select three emojis and make a poem from descriptions of other emoji’s. This was done using RiTa, an open-source software toolkit for generative writing. The best ones were selected for the Poem Book, which you can read below.
